Food was average and took a long time.Bathroom floor was sinking (womens).Waitress got our order wrong. On the plus side, the sweet potato fries were awesome!

We had a great family birthday celebration at Richard's tonight. Thank you Richard's for good food & good service.

Pulled up for a beer at 3pm and they were closed on a Saturday , went to the best burger joint across the street.

It is a homestyle cooking restaurant and bar. I've only eaten lunch there so not sure about suppers, but they have a daily lunch special along with their regular menu. The daily specials are usually not regular menu items which expands your options. The servings are ample without being excessive. While the food was good, the servers are the best part of the experience. They are very nice and attentive which makes a very relaxed and easy dining experience.

The atmosphere is always good. Food was really good and came fast. The chopped steak has always been my favorite at Richards.

Awesome service. The ladies and gentlemen are very welcoming and on their game. .Very old fashion service. Where people actually talk to you instead of saying*what you need*..I've done that same work and I promise you its all about how you treat your customers and they are very refreshing and felt like home.

So far, good prices and neat tables. Beer bottle caps in cool designs lacquered over and another table on jack barrels. We shall see how the food is if our waitress comes back. Hamburger steak, baked potato, and cauliflower order up..real slow taking the order but worth the wait. They were real understaffed but besides that it was great. It reminded me of why we come out to eat, to socialize and I had time to do it. Great experience.

We came through on our way home from evacuating to Franklin NC. We’re from South Georgia and I can honestly say this place is the epitome of Southern Hospitality. The 2 sweet ladies that waited on us were so nice and observant. The food was excellent but the hospitality is something that’s hard to come by.

I had the Philly Steak sandwich, since I'm from Philly I'm kinda critical. The roll was good, almost as good as the mafia rolls back home. The steak wasn't thin sliced or shaved, it was maybe 1/4 inch strips. The chips were made to order not bagged.

We had a large group on a busy night and the staff handled it better than expected. The food was really good, well worth a slight wait.

As with most places I visit, this incredible place was recommended by more than one local. The place was fairly quiet, but then it was to be expected for a Tuesday night. By the time I was leaving, a decent number of locals had filtered in. The server was attentive, but gave me time to study the menu without hovering. After consulting with a local (thanks SM👍), I ordered hamburger steak, home-style fries and a salad. Everything was outstanding. A different server came by to pick up my empty plate and talked me into having a piece of cake. It was one of the most amazing desserts I've ever had in a restaurant. By the time I left, I was so full I could barely breathe! They have lunch specials, and I *highly* recommend Richards. If you're just passing through, or visiting for a spell, put Richards on your to-do list. You will NOT be disappointed!

The wife enjoyed her meal but I got the fried flounder and it tasted very fishy. The service, ambiance and atmosphere was nice though, so I'll go back for something non-fishy.

Great food. But if you can't handle greasy foods don't bother

The best restaurant in 4 counties. It is all made from scratch. Leigh, the concierge, is first class. She will give you the best table and outline the best entrees to chose. And with their low, low prices, you will be leaving this establishment with a smile,a full wallet to go with a full stomach. Ya'll come!!

This was our 1st visit, the atmosphere was great, the place was packed and what we had for food was good.... We'll try it again @ a different time frame other than 12:30 lunch crowd to check it out better 😉

Very good small town restaurant with a large variety of food

Pretty cool place. The building has been the home of a eatery since the early 1900s. Had the Philly Cheese Steak which was really good. The bun was amazing. Decor is nice. Table tops on Jack Daniels barrels. Funky downtown within walking distance that is worth checking out too.
